Maloof Foundation Discovery Garden
The landscaping at this musuem, featuring the wood working of reknowned artist Sam Maloof, consists of a natural garden of water-wise plants suitable for the southern California climate. Benches, sculpture, and picnic areas offer spaces for visitors' quiet reflection and relaxation. Lectures and workshops are held periodically throughout the year. Free self-guided garden tours on Tuesdays and Thursdays from 12 noon to 4 p.m. Docent tours and group tours are available for a fee.

Rancho Santa Ana Botanical Garden
Rancho Santa Ana Botanic Garden (RSABG) is the largest botanic garden dedicated exclusively to California's native plants. The 86-acre garden, located in nearby Claremont, displays 2000 varieties of California native plants. Docents lead tours of the Garden periodically. Guidebooks and brochures are available at the California Garden Shop. Informative classes and demonstrations are held throughout the year.
