Efficient Water Use Fixture Rebates for Business, Industry and Institutions

Rebates are available for our business customers to retrofit several types of high water-use fixtures and/or equipment with efficient water use fixtures. A retrofit refers to the replacement of an existing high water-use fixture with an efficient water-use fixture. New construction is not eligible.

Who is eligible? Existing commercial, industrial and institutional facilities located within the boundaries of Monte Vista Water District.

Types of Fixtures/Equipment under the Rebate Program:

• Ultra Low Flow Toilets (Tank or Flush Valve Types)
  
  
• Ultra Low Flow Urinals
  
  
• Cooling Tower Conductivity Controllers
  
  
• Coin or Card Operated High-Efficiency Clothes Washer
  
  
• Automatic Faucet Shut-Off Valves (Pre-rinse spray heads with self-closing valves)
  
  
• Flush Valve Kits
