Residential High Efficiency Toilet Rebate $150
Limit of Two (2) per household
The High Efficiency Toilet (HET) flushes at 20 percent below the 1.6 gallons-per-flush, equating to a maximum of 1.28 gallons-per-flush. Some models have dual flush capability with half flush for liquids and full flush for solids. Some models have pressure-assisted mechanisms.
HETs can save up to 4,000 gallons per toilet in one year!

The Toilet Rebate Program is a regional program offered through a partnership of Inland Empire Utilities Agency, Metropolitan Water District of Southern California, Monte Vista Water District and other local retail water agencies and cities.
