As General Manager of Monte Vista Water District, I

to provide information about the District and its efforts
to provide the highest quality water services at the
best value for our customers.
For 75 years, we have been providing water services to the
citizens in the Western part of San Bernardino County.
We are proud of our long history and our achievements.
Providing an adequate, reliable, high quality and affordable
water supply can be a challenge, especially in an arid
region experiencing great growth. But our prudent and
innovative planning, along with a financial master
plan that is funding capital improvement projects,
are positioning this agency as a leader in water resource
management in
the region.
First and foremost is our commitment to our customers.
We are proud of our loyal and dedicated employees who
provide excellence in service each and every day. Turn
on the tap, and the water is there. It is something
that is taken so much for granted. Unknown to many is
the process for obtaining the water supply, ensuring
that the water that reaches your tap meets or exceeds
the numerous water quality standards and moving it through
a complex pipeline system to thousands of individual
homes and businesses. It is a duty that we take very
seriously.
