- Exit Central Avenue in Montclair.
- Proceed south on Central Avenue for about a mile
and a half.
- Just past Holt Blvd., turn right on the access road
just past the Carl's Jr. restaurant.
- This
access road makes a "U" under Central Avenue
and comes up the other side of Central Avenue.
- After passing the Storage Unit Facility on the right,
the District office is the next business on the right.
